In collaboration with a traditional Japanese sweets shop in Gion, “Kagizen Yoshifusa”,
an assortment of two kinds of higashi (Japanese dry sweets made of a starch and
sugar mixture) has been created. One of them reflects the image of serene feelings
that the time spent in the garden would give you, and the other is the popular sweets of
Kagizen shop.
This assortment is a one and only masterpiece that can only be found at Saihoji.
